Had the pleasure of a few meals at Poppies plus attended three of the events here. The food can’t be beaten and especially in such beautiful surroundings it’s a hidden gem! Love it!

I have been a number of times to poppies. To there jazz and curry night, pianist/singer with cheese and biscuits, breakfast on a Thursday and then Sunday lunch carvery. All great, the venue, atmosphere, food, value for money. Deb, Chris, Paul and family make you feel welcome and want to make sure everybody is happy. Highly recommend!

Just enjoyed a really good three course carvery lunch at Poppies Day Centre and Community Hub. Great food in classy surroundings and terrific value for money. Highly recommended particularly as the gravy was so good which as we connoisseurs of a good roast will appreciate, can make or break a Sunday lunch

Immaculately renovated interior, displaying attention to detail in all areas, this carried a theme throughout that made you relaxed and refreshed.
Food and drink by service was very tasty, and I’d highly recommend the Pecan Pie.

Poppies situated in Fenton is beautifully furnished, and creates a very cosy atmosphere. They provide activities for a wide variety of interests. A two course home cooked lunch is provided, the staff are very caring and helpful. All in all a very good experience for those accessing the service. We will definitely visit Poppies on a regular basis.

What We Offer

We are currently open for fish and chips on Friday 4.30-7pm.

On Saturday we open for breakfast 08.30 -11.30am.

On Sunday we offer a three roast carvery with a choice of home made starters and desserts. 12-00-3.00 pm.

On Monday we open for Bingo, from 10.30am. Customers have a fish and chip special afterwards.

On Tuesday we have a ballroom, Latin and sequence dance teacher with lunchtime special included. £7.

We have lovely hairdresser on site too.
